We make the embroidery using our or entrusted fabrics even for one item. The embroidery size is up to 29 centimetres by 29.

The patterns we embroider included not more than twelve colours. If you want more colours than twelve we will add an extra fee (1% of design value for each extra colours over twelve).
If you order the embroidery on finished products like caps or jackets the extra pay will be added (but not more than 10% of design value, it depends on the size of entrusted fabric).

For a permanent clients and a wholesale recipient we will grant an individual discounts and negotiate a convenient payment terms.

The expense of making the embroidery consists of:

1. Preparation of the embroidery design (one-off payment).
2. The expense of the embroidery depends on: the number of needles hits, density of stitch, threads consumption and the duration of performing a given design. That is why at the beginning we are able to initially estimate the cost of the embroidered pattern.

Designing it is a difficult and a laborious process demanding an advanced computer software and the knowledge in respect to the computers, the graphics and the embroidery.
Preparing a draft it is a double cost of the normal price of the embroidery.
For bigger orders (above 30 items) we will prepare a design free of charge.
The time we need to prepare a new design is about 1-3 working days (it depends on the complexity of the pattern and the number of orders we have).

Important! There are some limitations of making the embroidery. It is impossible to make a complex pattern for an example: a picture with a large amount of details, colours and hues. The quality of the designs and the patterns we have got from our clients impact the final quality of the embroidery. You should remember that everything you send us should be of highest quality.
